How does the SoapMobile make my life easier?
The SoapMobile is a delivery program that brings low cost, high quality institutional detergents and soaps to small establishments. We offer products made in our New York factory and deliver them straight to you! We cut out the middle man and YOU SAVE!
When you register, you sign up for a regular visit from The SoapMobile. We will put your establishment on our route and stop by on a regularly set schedule to see if you need anything. You can either order right off the truck from our extensive inventory, or you can pre-order some or all of your cleaning product needs online and we will be sure they are added to the truck for you.
Additionally, each week we will send you specials and exclusive discounts for SoapMobile members. SoapMobile Specialists are all friendly and highly knowledgeable in which products work best for your specific cleaning needs. They will even help you identify potential health code violations that may prevent you from getting that “A” Grade.
What day will The Soap Mobile come by?
Please check our delivery map for details about which day we come to your neighborhood. We will come weekly to check in and see if you need anything. You can also choose to have us come every other week or even just monthly. If you would like to make any changes, simply contact us.
What is your refund policy?
We want you to be happy. If you are dissatisfied with any products from The SoapMobile for any reason, we are happy to offer you a full refund.
What forms of payment do you accept?
The SoapMobile is happy to accept cash, checks, or credit cards for payments on delivery.
How do your prices compare with your competition?
We manufacture all The SoapMobile branded products right here in our New York factory. This allows us to offer competitive pricing even when compared to wholesale restaurant supply locations. Do your products have dispensers? What happens if they break?
We recommend using most of our products with dispensing equipment. Dispensing equipment guarantees that you always get the right proportions and minimizes wasted product. All of our dispensers are installed and maintained by The SoapMobile. Even time your SoapMobile Specialist stops by, they will inspect your dispensers and fine tune them. They will even train your staff how to properly use the products and dispensers to ensure maximum efficiency. All this is FREE of charge!
What if I need you before my regularly scheduled visit?
No Problem! Just contact us and for a small fee we can make special arrangements just for you!
Are there any contracts to sign or long term commitments?
NEVER! NO CONTRACTS! NO COMMITMENTS! When The SoapMobile rolls up, buy as much or as little as you want. If we come, and you don’t need anything, then don’t buy anything. But with the great deals, amazing products, and top notch service, we’re pretty sure you will want us to come back time and again. If you want us to stop coming (why would you want that?), just email us or tell your SoapMobile Specialist and we will immediately take you off our route.
